📍 Shipping Origins

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong, depending on product availability and destination.


🇺🇸 United States Orders

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items

·       Processing time: 2–3 weeks

·       Delivery time: 4–6 weeks (freight or parcel, based on size)

Ready-to-Ship Items

·       Delivery time: 4–6 business days

Please note

·       Shipping method (air or sea) is determined by product size and weight

·       Kimoy Lights covers final-mile delivery fees

·       Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or assembly services


🌍 International Orders

(Including the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia)

Sea Freight

·       Processing time: 5–7 business days

·       Delivery time: 4–6 weeks

Air Freight

·       Processing time: 5–7 business days

·       Delivery time: 2–3 weeks

·       Product pricing includes standard shipping

·       Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may be collected by the destination country


🚚 Delivery Methods

Free Standard Shipping

·       Delivered by UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers

·       A signature may be required

·       Some items may require simple self-assembly

·       Tracking will be emailed once shipped

Free Threshold Delivery

·       Delivered to the first dry, accessible area (garage, entryway, lobby, or unit door)

·       Packaging remains unopened

·       Assembly, installation, and packaging removal are not included

·       An adult (18+) must be present to sign and inspect the delivery

      ·       For furniture orders with free shipping: if the item exceeds 90" and white-glove service is not selected, the recipient will be required to assist with unloading.

      ·       Customers are responsible for moving items indoors, assembly, and disposal of packaging materials.


Signature Policy

To protect your purchase, certain shipments may require a signature at delivery.

·       Freight and oversized items always require an adult (18+) signature

·       Small-parcel deliveries (UPS/FedEx/USPS) may or may not require a signature depending on carrier policy and address type

We strongly recommend signing whenever possible.
A signature confirms receipt in good condition and helps prevent loss, theft, or post-delivery damage.

If a required signature cannot be obtained:

·       Carriers may attempt re-delivery or return the shipment

·       Additional re-delivery, storage, or return fees may apply

Kimoy Lights is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after a package is delivered without a signature or left unattended at the customer’s request.


🛑 Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Kimoy Lights is not liable for:

·       Delays, loss, or additional fees caused by incorrect or undeliverable addresses

·       Shipments returned due to failed delivery attempts or address issues

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse, customers may choose to:

1.     Reship the order after paying additional shipping fees, or

2.     Receive a refund minus original shipping costs (including orders with free shipping)

Oversized items cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address.


📦 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, Shopify will automatically email your tracking number.

For U.S. sea-freight shipments:

·       Tracking may take 5–7 business days to activate

·       Early tracking may show “Label Created” or “Pending”—this is normal

·       Sea freight updates occur at shipping milestones, not daily

·       Tracking will update more frequently once transferred to the final-mile carrier

If you have not received tracking within 10 business days after processing, please contact us.


⚠️ Delivery Notes

·       Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, holidays, or carrier delays

·       Please inspect all items upon delivery and report damages within 72 hours

·       We may be able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses depending on carrier eligibility and item size—contact us before ordering

·       APO/FPO/DPO shipments are not eligible for expedited delivery
